Outsourcing is one of such term that has never been fully understood nor fully justified. The term outsourcing or outsourced is at times over used and yet, not to its fullest potential.
With outsourcing many other words came to birth, and of all, the one that is interchangeably used is OffShore Development. Offshore development goes hand in hand when the outsourcing contract is given by a company to a third party in the Alien Land. Outsourcing could take place in the same country as well, but would not be wise because the cost involved would be same as that borne by the outsourcer company otherwise. When such a case occurs, the concept of off shore development does not come into play.

It was, in fact still is… believed that once a project is outsourced the control, the direction the authority and ascendency over the same is lost to the outsource
e company. The said statement is not at all true. The project is of the outsourcer and has been financed by it, so no question of not having the authority over it. If you ever came across such a company, you might want to turn your attention towards us.

Over the period of time these misread stories have conquered the minds of the people projecting a different picture. Outsourcing is a Miracle that is misunderstood.

- No hardcore investment required – that cost is already borne by the outsourced company.
