Speed and accuracy is a rare combination, where the either one is never fully present or the other is entirely absent. The same is not the case with Kitchen Order Pad aka KOP. Umang Software Technologies is the conceiver of such a prodigy. Kitchen Order Pad is part of the chronics of Visual Menu Series. Visual menu Series is a trident of tablet based menu and ordering system. KOP’s handhelds comes with the logins for the attendants, which makes them responsible for every order generated and the margin of error is reduced.
With the name on every printed KOT makes the captain liable for the wrong placement of the Order. Customization of every order is possible with KOP, wherein the captains can make legible notes to the chef of every customized order. A step ahead, KOP can present Images of the food items  (on request of the customer) that will be placed at the customers table-This can really be a getaway in moments when one cannot elucidate the foreign customers how the dish would
look like.

The small wonder is in par with all the norms the hotel industry follows,and hence it has kept its functioning on the similar lines. The grace period to cancel every item (if the hotel allow it to), authentication on the reverse KOT, charging various taxes, chargeable and non chargeable KOTs etc. are some of the facets that KOP holds. Transfer order is yet another highlighting element of KOP, where it traces downs its customers order from previous to the current table. Table reservation is
also possible in KOP. So the staff can manage its customers more gracefully and plan out the operations accordingly.

Of course, the operations does not end there billing is what makes the restaurant run. KOP comes with 2 options one for the existing billing softwares and the other for new restaurants. For the existing softwares KOP has and open end to integrate with the other side without disturbing the current flow of the operations. And as for the latter option, it will have a billing system in place along with KOP.

KOP is designed to produce level headed reports at the EOD. The range of reports runs from the most ordered items to least order, to cancelled KOTs to sales made etc. The same can be view graphically (in various forms right from bar to line graphs to pie charts and more) or statistically. To make the life easier the reports can be printed or can be exported to excel for further use.
