ENGAGEMENT PATTERN
SIGN NDA
Once the customer approaches us with an inquiry we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential information shared.
REQUIREMENT GATHERING
Upon signing the NDA, the customer is free to share the project details or documents with our business analyst or technical team. The customer may either take a meeting to explain the project requirements or share the document with project specifications.
ANALYSIS AND UNDERSTANDING
If the customer's documents have a clear scope of work then we are good to proceed. Else, We produce an understanding document to the customer along with understanding, queries and assumptions.
TIME AND COST ESTIMATE
Once the customer is confidant and the technical team understands the scope of work on the basis of the understanding document, we are good to proceed with the estimates. The technical team produces a time estimate document based on the efforts involved in the project. Accordingly, the business development team will share the time and costs involved.
SIGN CONTRACT
Once the client agrees with the time-cost estimated, The customer has to mutually sign a Service Level Agreement.
PROJECT STARTS
The Technical team is all geared up to start with the Project, once the contract terms are agreed and signed by both parties. There will usually be an introduction or Kick-off meeting of both the parties along with their key resources to plan development methodology ahead, plan sprints and more.
